After two strangers swap phones on a plane by accident, they get to know each other through chatting and sharing their lives and their evenings on video calls, until a hint of romance blooms. They plan an anticipated in person meeting, but then a misunderstanding AND a scandal prevents them from meeting until years later. In the Arctic!

And of course, Allie is forced to partner with Milo and show him around. Allie tries to freeze Milo out, almost literally, but she finds herself potentially maybe falling for him again. There are lots of cute moments where they observe puffins together too.
